• Passport (original and copy) must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area and has to be issued within the last 10 years on the day of leaving the Schengen Area. Photocopies of all previous Schengen.
• UK residence permit (original and copy) must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area.
• Two recent passport size photographs (not older than 1 month) taken against a white background.
• Visa application form, dully completed in all sections, dated and signed.
• If Employed; Employment letter must be original signed on the company headed letter, not older than 1 month, addressed to the Mission, name and position of the signee, stating applicants qualification, salary and start date of employment in the UK.
• If Self Employed; Accountant letter must be original signed, not older than 1 month, addressed to the Mission confirming applicant self -employment. The last year proof of taxes and a copy of trade license must be also provided.
• Invitation letter from the company in Spain, not older than 1 month, written in Spanish in which it states clearly: business relation that justifies your trip, purpose of the trip and duration of stay in Spain.
• Original UK current account bank statement for the last 3 months, showing applicant’s name, address and salary. The balance needs to show a minimum amount of £80.00 a day of stay in the Schengen Area, with a minimum of £724.00
• Fully paid return flight tickets.
• Confirmed hotel reservation mentioning applicant name, travel dates and accommodation address
• Travel insurance must be issued in UK, stating the name of the applicant. It must cover all risks expected during the time of stay inside the Schengen area and the minimum coverage for medical emergency and repatriation of 30,000 Euro.
